It rises in the extreem south eastern promontory of Sardinia, a few hundreds metres away from the seaside and not too far away from the centre of Villasimius, it is places in a quite and privileged position, divided from a beach called "The Rice Beach" because of a strip of vegetation about 300 mt long, distintinguished by protected spieces: pines and junipers.

It is diveded from the seaside by a luxuriant pinewood, its paths take you to one of the most beautifull bay of the island.
It is placed a few metres away from a prestigious golf course, a course of rare beauty with a view to the protected area of Capo Carbonara.

The complex is formed by terraced appartments, some of them on the groung floor with a veranda and some of them on the first floor with a balcony, linked together by sardinian style porticos, groupped around a little square and around its big swimmingpool, vital point of the Club.
