59' Restaurant
The sea view enjoyed through the restaurant’s wide windows is the same sea where Pesaro and Fano fishing boats catch the fresh fish served at the ’59 in delectable dishes lovingly prepared by its chefs. The Marche's flourishing agriculture provides the basis for the region's simple, genuine food and wine culture, just waiting to be rediscovered and reinvented. The extensive wine list highlights the best of the ancient traditions of Marche enology, offering truly excellent wines to win over the most refined palates. In keeping with the Excelsior philosophy, the '59 restaurant's chefs and sommeliers welcome guests with a typically Marche discreet charm. Bistrò
The Bistrò Excelsior has the informal ambience of a lounge bar or New York-style bakery complete with enticing aromas of fresh-from-the-oven bread and baked goods.
