The rooms available are: simple and comfortable Comfort and Classic, Executive or the elegant, ideal for relaxing after a busy day, with a charming and cozy sitting area with Tea - Coffee maker and ergonomic chair; the comfortable Superior rooms Queen size beds, pillow menu please every type of sleep, the Family, tailored to the needs of each family.

Comfort rooms: 
A cozy room with a king bed or two queen size beds. Private bathroom with shower or bath. Rooms overlooking Perugia on request.

Classic rooms:
Room with double bed, coffee table and armchair with the possibility of extra bed or cot. Corner equipped with tea and coffee maker. Private bathroom with shower or bath.

Superior rooms:
Room with two queen beds (one square and 1 / 2 each), "Pillow Menu" for any kind of sleep, tea & coffee maker. Private bathroom with shower or bath.

Executive rooms: 
Spacious room with double bed, tea & coffee maker. In addition to the benefits that are in the Classic, here we also find ergonomic chair, two telephones, iron and ironing board, bathrobe and slippers, hardwood entry, closet light, modulated light, scale, vanity mirror. Private bathroom with shower or bath.

Family rooms:
For family holidays we have a room with double bed and one twin bedroom and a square 1 / 2, adjacent to and communicating through the inner door, both with private bathroom with shower.
